Return Policy for Arihant School Uniforms
At Arihant School Uniforms, we value your feedback and strive to supply you with high-quality items. Please note that all purchases are final sale except in cases of manufacturing defects or sizing issues (including requests for size modifications). In those instances, we offer an exchange as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Non-Returnable Items:
All items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or you require a size modification. - Condition of Item:
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. - Timeframe:
You must contact us and return the item within 3 working days from the purchase or delivery date.
2. Return and Exchange Procedure
- Initiate the Process:
Contact our customer support at ArihantUniform07@gmail.com within 3 working days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return or exchange request. - Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization along with further instructions, including the return address. - Inspection:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it is in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. - Exchange or Refund:
- Exchange: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a sizing issue, we will exchange the item with a replacement in the correct size or free from defect.
- Refund: In the rare event that an exchange cannot be completed due to non-availability of the correct item, we will credit a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after verification.
- Damaged and defective products replacement/Exchange will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping:
Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a manufacturing defect or damaged item upon arrival).
4. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. - After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, any issues (such as manufacturing defects or sizing errors) will need to be addressed via our exchange process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at ArihantUniform07@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process for returning the item and will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
